30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. This means you have 30 days after receiving your handbag to request a return. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please review the following eligibility requirements:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition.
  • All original tags and labels must still be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original dust bag/packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included.

Important Notes:

  • Handbags showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
  • Items returned without following our official return request process will not be accepted.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@sacelle.store with your order number, the product name, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Prepare the Return: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure for shipping. Include proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for non-defective items (e.g., change of mind or wrong size).
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Sacelle will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Sacelle is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Method

All returns must be shipped back to us by mail to the address provided in your return authorization email. We do not accept in-person drop-offs.

Restocking Fee

Sacelle does not charge restocking fees. Eligible refunds will include the full item price, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your handbag is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Damaged Item: Contact us immediately and share clear photos of the damage.
  • Defective Item: Notify us right away so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong product, Sacelle will cover the return shipping and send the correct item at no extra charge.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized handbags
  • Final sale or clearance items labeled as “non-returnable” at checkout
  • Products showing signs of wear, tampering, or removal of original tags

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges. However, the quickest way is to:

  1. Return the original item following the return steps above.
  2. Place a new order for the replacement product once your return is accepted.

Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive your return, you’ll be notified via email.
  2. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
