3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
4. How long does shipping take?
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (to prepare, pack, and process your order).
- Shipping Time: 4–5 business days once dispatched.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days depending on your location within the USA.
You will always receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:

All payments are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@sacelle.store with your order number.
8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Note: Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are not returnable.

9. How do I request a return or refund?
To request a return:
- Email us at support@sacelle.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
10. Who pays for return shipping?
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
11. Are your handbags authentic and new?
Yes! Every handbag sold at Sacelle.store is 100% authentic, brand new, unused, and shipped in original packaging. We never sell counterfeit, second-hand, or replica products.
12. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we do. If you’d like to exchange your item:
- Start a return request.
- Return the original item.
- Place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
This ensures the fastest processing.
13. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
14. What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is delayed or shows as lost:
- Contact us immediately at support@sacelle.store.
- We will investigate with the carrier and ensure you are either sent a replacement or issued a refund if necessary.

Yes. All our handbags come with a quality guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.
